Needing houses for 5 sets of our Buyers.
I have five sets of buyers that are needing homes immediately and they haven't found anything on the market yet.
Do you know of anything coming on the market that matches their search criteria?
1. 5 bedroom/3 baths (could be a 4bedroom as long as there is an office or other flex space), looking in Ooltewah, Apison, EB area. Must have an oversized garage or 3 car garage. Up to $600,000.
2. Looking for a 4bed/3 bath (could be 3 bedrooms if it has an office/flex space), wants some space in between neighbors. Likes "higher end" finishes. Must have a large pantry and good sized laundry room. Cash buyers up to $1,000,000.
3. Looking in Cleveland for a home with 3/2. Wants something on one level with a walk-in shower or the ability to add a walk-in shower. Up to $210K cash.
4. Looking in Harrison, Ooltewah, East Brainerd, and the Apison area. Would love a few acres but for sure doesn't want to be on top of neighbors. 4bed/2.5 bath. Up to $550K cash.
5. Red Bank, Lupton City, North Chattanooga, maybe Signal Mountain if it's on the front of the Mtn. Needs a garage, looking up to $400K.
