Exterior Finishes:

  • 100 square feet of stone included

Floor Coverings:

  • Hardwood in kitchen, mail level hallways, dining room, great room, main stairs and foyer; tile in all wet areas (excluding kitchen); carpet through the rest of house
  • Tile in all bathrooms and laundry room. Tile allowance for these rooms: $1.75 per sq. ft. (may select two different colors of tile – one per area - on standard or pattern)
