  • Total allowance (for midsized homes) is $8,000, which is allotted for all cabinets. There will be a $4,000 allowance allocated for all countertops.

  • Framed glass shower doors in master bath
  • Beveled edge mirror in master bath. Standard straight-edge mirrors in all other baths

  • Five (5) cable jacks and one (5) CAT-5 cable are included. Additional jacks are $60 each

  • Lighting Package allowance $2,050 to include all light fixtures, recessed lighting and fans. Under cabinet lighting provided (fixtures come out of lighting allowance.)
